I worked with Patty Dutton on the Marcy Klee team and she was wonderful in helping me find my forever home. I got a great deal and when my Dad was in the market to buy a house, he went with Patty as well. She works well doing everything online as she did with me as well as doing everything with pen and paper as sh had to with my Dad.

She really listened to what I wanted and there were only a few houses that we looked at at the very beginning that I didn’t like at all as we were getting our footing. After that it didn’t take me long to find my house. She was great during negotiations which were quite a few on my house and she always went back to the selling agent without questions and pushed for me to get what I was asking for.

They are a great team!!!!!
