Katie was fantastic! We bought our first home in March when the market was very fast paced. She was able to read the market quickly and provided us with excellent recommendations on the proper move to make. Her knowledge and experience in the industry, I feel, is second to none. Not only is she knowledgeable about the real estate market, she is also very knowledgeable in regards to finances. Often times, she was able to answer any questions I had before the banks did! Her negotiation skills are also excellent. She had great advice on what not to pay, and when to not let a house “slip away”. Communication was always great; she was quick to answer any calls or texts/emails. She will treat you with respect and dignity, and will make you feel as though you have known each other for a long time. You can’t go wrong with Katie!Kurt
