I contacted Marcy to sell the home of my father who had moved into an assisted living facility. My father had lived in his home for 20 years and the home was in good condition but was dated. Marcy provided what proved to be a very accurate market assessment and presented me with options for my father to sell as is or invest on upgrades and sell for a higher price. I worked with someone Marcy recommended to prepare the house for sale and the process went very smoothly which was critical as I live in NC ( 500 miles away) and my father was immobile. The work took about 4 weeks, the house was listed and 2 offers were made within a week. The accepted offer (above list!) closed 4 weeks later. I have moved 4 times via a corporate relocation. This was by far the easiest and smoothest real estate transaction I have ever been involved in. Marcy delivered exactly what she said she would at our initial meeting.Matt Albert
